Customer Service Representative (Licensed Insurance Professional)

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our insurance office. The ideal candidate is licensed, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients.
Ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and being an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences.
Hourly pay varies with experience. Monthly bonus potential.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional service to existing insurance clients
• Answer client questions regarding policies, billing, and claims
• Process client changes, updates, and renewals
• Assist clients with insurance needs
• Follow up on outstanding service requests and documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and office systems
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a superior client experience
Qualifications
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Additional opportunity for Life & Health License
• Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
