A quiet update with real planning implications: the IRS has set the ACA affordability percentage at 10.22% for 2027, up from 9.96% this year.

Heads up, employers! Due to rising fuel prices, the IRS just raised the standard mileage rate to 76¢ per mile (up from 72.5¢), and it's retroactive to July 1, 2026.

If your business uses the IRS rate to reimburse employees for work driving, now's the time to update your systems.
