If you have court in Montgomery County on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 court has been canceled. If we have you out on bond in any other county and you are not sure if you have court please login to the E-Courts website and check that county for status updates. If you have any questions you may call our office and we will try our best to help. NEW SCAM - So I got a young man out of jail this morning and within two hours, scam artist were calling him saying he needed to pay several hundred dollars because he violated the judges order and left the jail without getting an ankle monitor placed on. The defendant even merged the scammer and me on the phone together and they told me they were going to come arrest the defendant and if I interfered they were going to arrest me too. The guy truly sounded legit for his scam pitch but when I told him who I was and that I posted the bond and I knew he was a scam artist, he hung up on me. The scammer was calling from a blocked number and called the defendant numerous times and had him scared to death before he called me and we got things straightened out. Please circulate and let people know.

Recently agents with Allegiance Bail Bonds & Recovery were searching for Ashley Snowdon for failing to appear on several felony charges between Montgomery and Richmond Counties. It was later determined that she was with her significant other Albran Tray Locklear who had also failed to appear on felony charges out of Montgomery County and was out on bond through another agency in North Carolina. After an extensive search of many counties in North Carolina leads finally took agents to the West Virginia area. Agents linked up with law enforcement and made contact with local agents and both Snowdon and Locklear were apprehended without incident and transported back to Montgomery County NC at NO COST to North Carolina tax payers and placed in the Montgomery County Jail and are awaiting trial on their charges.
