๐Ÿ“ Received a referral from a valued contact with an out of state Seller that wanted to sell his Apartment Building for Cash.

๐Ÿ“Œ Spoke to seller, put on my wholesale hat, beat him up on price, agreed on price and he was ready to sign.

๐Ÿ“ Could have easily locked it up and sold it for $100k+ as-is and made the difference as profit.
