This could be great news for those who didn’t previously qualify for a home loan due to student loan debt. 😊

HUD's Federal Housing Administration is removing barriers to homeownership for those with student debt, especially helping borrowers of color.

We are a week into self-isolation and it's very upsetting for me to witness my husband standing at the living room window staring aimlessly into space with tears running down his cheeks.
It breaks my heart to see him like this.
I've thought very hard of how I can cheer him up.
I've even considered letting him in. But rules are rules.
