I have a client purchasing a non warrantable condo. Fannie Mae wouldn’t touch it but we were able to approve it with an in house portfolio loan. I took the application last Thursday and got the final approval and clear to close today!

The Fed cut the rates by .50% and so far the mortgages rates have heald steady since the report. This is an indication that the market already priced this cut into the rates for the past month. The best news of the day is that the Fed will continue to lower the rates into 2025.

The Federal Reserve on Wednesday lowered the federal funds rate to a range between 4.75%-5%.
