The Birmingham Independent Insurance Agents (BIIA) will be sponsoring one YOUNG AGENTS CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIP to the Big I Alabama Young Agents Conference at Pensacola Beach Hilton, Pensacola Beach, Fla., July 29- August 2, 2026.

Any P&C licensed agency staff role and BIIA Member can apply. Please note you will be required to attend ALL conference events. Preference given to first-time attendees. If interested, please send an email with your name, agency, and a brief explanation as to why you would like to attend to [email protected].

Local Birmingham Independent Insurance Agents proudly presented Food For Our Journey with a $10,000 donation from the proceeds of the annual gala and silent auction.

Founder and Executive Director Kelly Greene accepted the donation after her team spent the morning preparing 200 sandwiches for those in need.

“We are thrilled to support this great cause,” said BIIA President Elizabeth Roth of Marsh & McLennan. “Feeding our city is more important than ever.” We are proud to support an organization making such a meaningful impact in our community.

The Birmingham Independent Insurance Agents (BIIA) will be sponsoring one CONVENTION SCHOLARSHIP to the Big I Alabama Convention & Trade Show at The Lodge in Gulf Shores on June 14-17, 2026.

You can turn in at the Red Lobster and come up and around by City Hall or make your way between Red Lobster and America’s First Credit Union.
