A massive shout out and congrats to Joel Gober, this month's Birmingham Mortgage Group, LLC NMLS 1311446 and WayFM Radio First Responder of the Month.

We got to spend over an hour visiting with Joel a few days ago hearing his story and learning what makes this guy tick and wow, you won't find a more passionate, dedicated, driven, caring, and service-oriented guy around.

From an early age, Joel knew he was headed to the front lines as a fireman and has worked tirelessly ever since to serve his community, his family, and his fellow firemen. The person who nominated Joel said, "He is a hard worker and dedicated to his job. He strives to be the best employee by educating himself through various classes and staying up to date on job protocol."

Visiting with Joel you immediately pick up on what special people our first responders are and we simply can't thank Joel and his fellow first responders enough for the sacrifices they make to tirelessly serve others.
