It's bittersweet to announce that today will be my last day with our office. After a fulfilling 25-year career as an insurance agent and nearly 40 years with State Farm as a whole, I have truly cherished every moment, lesson, and adventure that has come my way on the job. I am truly proud of the person that I have become by knowing all of you, and I am especially grateful for my incredible team who has stuck by my side all these years and made this possible.

A recently released study compiled by aviation analytics firm Cirium found Detroit Metro Airport to be the eighth most on time airport worldwide with 82.06% of flights departing within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Cirium tracked 289,259 flights from Detroit Metro last year which were spread across 129 different routes.

Only four U.S. based airports landed on the top-10 list compiled by aviation analytics firm Cirium.
