Hello Agents,
Caravan will start Thursday 9/25 at 10am. We will meet at the first property. We have several listings this week to view and lunch being provided by Julie Moore with Regions and Shelly Herford with Common Bond Title. With lunch being provided, we will need to move quickly at the viewings of the properties so that we can be at the last property by 12:30. I know everyone loves to chat, but let's save our chats for lunch so we can run on time this week.

This might be our largest caravan we have had so far. I am looking forward to it and hope to see everyone there. For the agents who have homes in caravan, I want to thank you for taking the time to be there and for opening up your properties to us.

Happy closing day to a sweet couple who will now begin construction on their forever home! I had my special assistant with me today too which made it even better!
