So Fixler has a question?
If he was harassed and fined last year for being dressed as Santa running his Xmas tree farm bc it wasn't "approved" Xmas decor, then how the hell are there at least 30 homes decorated with Xmas lights and such already?
I will assume they put them up at least 2-3 weeks ago, which mean by the time Xmas comes and goes, and say they are taken down end of Dec that the Xmas decor will have been up for 25% of the year!!! Let that sink in.
Now I hope all these homes got letter about their Xmas decor being in violation but I suppose they didn't and won't. Why?!? Prob bc the HOA only focuses on my yard/street bc they drive down it 10x a day. If we are in the yard you can bet they will drive by quickly.
The way Fixler sees it if they can have Xmas up 2 months early then Fixler and the fam can be up 2 months later. They will all get Santa hats/wreaths/ornaments and more. Hell I'm thinking maybe put up one of our 12ft Xmas trees outside to have them decorate it. Don't send me another letter about violation of decoration if they are actively partaking in Xmas stuff and dressed for the occasion. If snowflakes and icicles are good for Oct then a skeleton dressed as Santa is good for Dec.
