What's going on in the world of mortgage lending and where are we headed for 2024? Louisa and Josh gave the DOBI family a rundown at our most recent brokerage meeting:

📉Mortgage rates are trending down - today we are WELL below 7.0%

📈New Conventional Conforming Loan Limit for 2024 will be $766,550, meaning that with a purchase price of $954K + 20% down, the client will stay in a conventional conforming Loan and NOT a jumbo.

📈New FHA Loan Limit for 2024 will be $498,257, meaning that with a purchase price price of $516K and 3.5% down the loan will stay in the FHA territory.
