Knowing the workers' compensation claims process helps protect your employees and your business.

1️⃣ Provide Care
Ensure the employee receives first aid or medical treatment. They may choose an authorized provider.
2️⃣ Report the Injury
Complete a C-2 report if required, email it to [email protected], keep a copy, and log it on the OSHA 300. Late reporting may result in penalties.
3️⃣ Submit Medical Bills
Send all bills to Oryx. Employees should not pay out of pocket.
4️⃣ Email C-2 Forms
Submit all completed C-2 forms to [email protected].

Confined spaces can contain hazardous gases or dangerously low oxygen levels that aren't always detectable. Testing the atmosphere before entry is essential to help ensure a safe work environment. Make sure workers are trained on the proper use and calibration of gas detection equipment, and always be prepared to evacuate immediately if an alarm is triggered.

Every confined space entry should be carefully planned-never leave safety to chance. Test first. Enter safely.
