DiRado Insurance Agency LLC Purchases Auto Insure Agency – Binghamton.
Binghamton, NY – DiRado Insurance Agency LLC today announced an agreement to acquire Auto Insure Agency. The announcement was made by Anthony DiRado, President of DiRado Insurance Agency LLC and Susan Hrynyk, President of Auto Insure Agency.
While the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, as a result of the affiliation, DiRado Insurance Agency LLC will purchase 100% of Auto Insure Agency. Auto Insure Agency’s Binghamton Location will be relocated to DiRado Insurance Agency LLC’s Binghamton location.
The affiliation provides the agencies with greatly enhanced sales and customer servicing capability. The combined company will now offer clients a greater choice of top rated Insurance Carriers for their Personal and Business Insurance needs.
