CLOSING ALERT!!! CONGRATULATIONS is in order!!!

As of yesterday Julian is the proud owner of a new home!!! Julian is a veteran and luckily gave Next Door Lending the opportunity to help with his new purchase. It was truly an honor working together!!!

Moreover, as I now have my second closing of 2023, we are doing good together. ***REMINDER - I am donating $200 personally from my commission from each closing this year. $100 to a charity of my choice, and $100 to a charity of my clients choice.

Julian chose to donate to Disabled American Veterans to help fellow service members in need. I am donating to my selected charity for the year Baby Quest Foundation, Inc.

NETWORKING IS FUN!!!

I have been all over the place recently and plenty more to come. Meeting new people and learning fun things is one of the best parts of life. There is so much to immerse yourself in within your community when you want to.

-Last Friday Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce 1st Coffee Connect of 2023
-Last night at Hot Worx with the Young Professionals Group of Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce - this was no joke!!
-This morning with Greater Farmington Area Chamber of Commerce for morning RNG meeting.
-Afternoon lunch with Peter Chirco chatting kids and business for the year.
**And more to come for the week.

It has truly been an honor to join these groups and meet these new friends over the last several weeks. I am excited to see how we can all grow in 2023 together!!

***GIVE BACK ALERT*** This year, I look forward to helping your family with their homeownership needs while also giving back to families in need!!

For every closing in 2023, I will be donating $200 to charity.
Half will be to my client's charity of choice and half I will donate to a great charity Baby Quest Foundation, Inc.

Infertility is something that affects more families than we will ever know. Having the financial means to bring a child into this world, when IVF or other treatments are needed, should not hold someone back from this journey.

I look forward to making an impact for many families in the year ahead. **And for anyone that needs someone to talk to about these kinds of struggles, my wife and I are always open to chat through our experience.

2023 is here!!!
(longer post alert but please read on)

We are finally back from FL. And the long drive home gave me some great thinking time!🤔🧠🚙2022 was an amazing but tough year all at the same time. I have done a lot of building and planning this past year and 2023 is the year to build on that foundation. --- My 2 biggest focuses for 2023 are Giving and Connecting:

😁GIVING: My goal is to give of myself fully in every aspect of my life. Give my time and energy and love as a father/husband/member of my family, give my knowledge and heart to my clients, give my help and energy to my team/company, give my time and financially to those in need AND SO MUCH MORE!
Simply giving knowing that when I invest in others, we ALL will grow to be better together!!

😁And CONNECTING: After 2+ years of COVID restrictions, it is easy to forget the value of a conversation or meeting someone new outside of your 4 walls. My goal this year is to connect with anyone I can. To try to spark a conversation anywhere I am. To attend events and anything else to put myself around new people. You never know who you will meet or what you will learn that could change the trajectory of your life.

Bottom line. When we stop focusing on the end goals and focus on the journey along the way, life can be a whole lot of fun!!!
