With a Medicare Advantage plan that includes the Part B Giveback Benefit, you could get money back each month. It works in one of two ways: by returning part of your Part B premium through a credit to your Social Security check, or by reducing the monthly premium you pay directly to Medicare—that means more money in your pocket.

The Part B Giveback Benefit pays part or all of your Part B premium and the amount may change based on the amount you pay for Part B.
