The Oregon-based company says it will honor all existing plans through Dec. 31. That includes the 11,000 marketplace customers plus those on employer-provided plans and Medicare Advantage.

Cigna said Thursday it will exit the ACA individual health insurance business, leaving health plan members in 11 states looking for new coverage next year.

During a medicare conversation the other day someone *ehem* Bob said "a titanic shift".That got me thinking. A tectonic shift usually causes earthquakes. A titanic shift, well would that cause a sinking ship🚢 This picture is of the actual steering wheel from the titanic, looks kinda broken! 😅
