· Process payroll and prepare payroll reports

· Prepare Forms W-3/W-2 and Forms 1096/1099-MISC

· Record transactions in QuickBooks

· Reconcile general ledger accounts

Preferences:

· Degree in accounting or related discipline

· Experience with QuickBooks on-line

· Experience with tax preparation

Compensation and Benefits:

· Compensation rage: $19/hour to $26/hour, based on experience
