Heidi was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me find a solution that worked for my financial situation.
The result was even better than I could have hoped for: I was able to refinance my HELOC into a 20-year fixed-rate loan at 7%. Having the security of a fixed interest rate and a predictable payment schedule gives me a tremendous amount of peace of mind.
