After a little delay I have finally closed on the old Tan, Tone & Do property! 5 apartments and 2k square feet of commercial space currently set up as a salon. The commercial space will be divided into a few different businesses, what would you like to see come to downtown Biddeford? There will be a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment available shortly, stay tuned!

Finally closed on this 4 unit and lot in Biddeford today after 2 years of waiting! Before pictures will be posted soon and these 2 bedroom apartments should be ready to rent in about 8 weeks🤘🤘

I did a walkthrough of the property I'm buying next week in Biddeford. What should I put in the commercial space? It's currently set up as a salon with several new tanning beds and I'm planning to keep part of it for an office for myself. Pro-tip: do a walkthrough of the property a week or so before closing to measure kitchens and square footage so you can order materials ahead of time that way you can pick them up the day of closing. There will be a 1 and 2 bedroom available in about 6 weeks, stay tuned!
