With mixed emotions, we are announcing the relocation of our business from 85 Lafayette St, Salem to 100 Cummings Center, Suite 101F, Beverly, MA.
We will be closing our office early on Friday, October 10th and we will be open for business in our new location on October 14th, 2025.
This move represents a major milestone in the history of the Soucy Agency, which dates its Salem origins back to 1907 when our great grandfather, Francis Voyer, opened his doors for business.
Sadly, we must close the “Salem” chapter in our history books, but we look forward to continuing our story at our new location. The impending redevelopment of our current location precipitates this move.
In looking for a suitable office space, we had two requirements: First floor access and ample free parking. After a two-year search, we fortunately found space at Cummings Center which meets both needs.
Our new office is located on the first floor, in the front row of the main (100) building. You will see our sign when you drive into the main entrance. Parking is immediately in front of our office, which is located just as you enter the main entrance.
While we welcome our customers in the Beverly area, and we look forward to expanding our business beyond Greater Salem, we want our existing customers to know that our hearts remain in Salem. The Salem community has supported the Soucy family for 5 generations, and we are grateful for your support. We will continue to be here for you. We hope you will visit us in Beverly, but as you already know: “we make house calls…” and we stand ready to serve you.
