Our founder, Jenarda Makupson, began her real estate journey at just 19 years old, flipping her first home. Over the next decade, she continued rehabbing and selling properties, gaining hands-on experience in every stage of the process. In 2005, she became a Loan Originator, helping families secure financing—until the 2
008 market crash shifted her focus. Determined to stay in real estate, she transitioned into property management, a field she’s excelled in from 2008 to today. Along the way, she earned her real estate license in 2016 and her broker’s license in 2023, building Kingdom Keys Realty into a trusted, full-service firm. Her work also includes managing over 10 investor fix-and-flip projects, revitalizing communities, and successfully selling luxury properties. Today, she brings all of this experience together to provide clients and agents with a one-stop solution for all things real estate.
