Our company has expanded from our traditional products of Commercial Loans and Commercial Real Estate into selling homes through Lease to Own options. This came about due to the success we were having in providing commercial loans to our investor clients who used the funds to purchase bulk REO's or Short Sales. Now they have the property at a great price, but what's the best way to maximize their profit? After careful analysis, we believe that Lease To Own is not only great for our investor clients, but it can also be great for consumers who are trying to get their life back to some sort of stability with their family safe and secure in a home. The banks and lending institutions let us down, now are we going to wait around so they can regroup and figure out the next best way to "stick it to us" or are we going to take matters in our own hands and help each other. With Lease To Own, the investor wins and the consumer gets back on track, but beware, all Rent To Own or Lease To Own properties are not necesarily structured in a way to create a win win situation for both the investor and the consumer.
