I’ve been plant based for 2 weeks now and no alcohol. I’ve lost 10 pounds and feel quite good. It’s been much harder to not drink than to not eat any animal products. Could you go plant based and no alcohol?

What a pleasure to spend time with Arnold Van Den Berg today. Holocaust survivor and living legend investor. Had stories that had me crying and laughing while also teaching us about the power of the subconscious mind and hypnosis. Amazing that his parents and brother all survived the holocaust and they lived right down the street from Anne Frank’s house. He and his brother were taken to an orphanage to hide as orphans. The risk others took to protect them was inspiring as well.
