The problem usually isn’t that you don’t have goals.

The problem is that your goals aren’t stacked in the right order.

You need three things working together:

Direction: Where are we going and why?

Priorities: What matters most right now?

Ex*****on: What are we actually doing this week?

A vision without priorities becomes noise.

Priorities without ex*****on become wishes.

Ex*****on without direction becomes busy work.

Before you add another goal, ask whether your team is clear on the mission, focused on the few things that matter most, and taking action that moves the business forward.

Plan with purpose.
Execute with alignment.

Most people rush to solve what’s in front of them. Strong strategists slow down long enough to ask what the real problem is, what happens next, and what one decision could create the biggest impact.

What are you really trying to solve?

What happens next?

And then what?

What gives you the greatest leverage?

What does the data actually mean?

Which decision can you test before going all in?

Sometimes the knot isn’t the problem.

It’s the question you haven’t asked yet.

WARNING: Meeting Taunee English may result in your business model being questioned, your budget being analyzed, your processes being reorganized, and you suddenly realizing you've been leaving money on the table.

She will ask "Why?" until she gets past the excuse and finds the real problem.

She has very little patience for "that's how we've always done it."

She thinks like a CBO, operates like a COO, sells like an entrepreneur, and somehow turns casual conversations into strategy sessions.

If you mention a business idea, be prepared. By the time you're done talking, she may have identified the revenue model, the bottleneck, three missed opportunities, and the person you need to call next.

Celebrating 10 years of WomanUP! and the powerful theme, Reignite Your Why.

As a proud WomanUpper, it feels so good to be back with my tribe, just as Debra Trappen so perfectly describes WomanUp. There’s something special about being in a space filled with women who lead boldly, connect deeply, and rise together.

And for me, this theme hits home. As a YKnot! Strategist, I know I’m in the right place. This conference is a reminder of purpose, passion, and the power of women in real estate coming together to elevate one another.
