A little perspective can make a big difference.

For Positive Thinking Day, we're sharing a few ideas from a recent Positive Perspective Challenge our Culture Club created for R.I.A. employees.

The goal wasn't to pretend every day is a good day. It was to recognize the good happening alongside the difficult moments, and practice small shifts in perspective along the way.

Today, try one: celebrate a small win, thank someone who helped you, reframe a frustration or turn an “I have to…” into an “I get to…”

Creating a positive workplace takes all of us, and we're proud of the culture our employees help build every day.

Thanks to QC Builders & Remodelers for a great event!
