Real estate settlement is also referred to as "closing" or “escrow.” For parties wishing to transfer property between themselves, family, friends or others that have not engaged a real estate agent our legal team can prepare the contract of sale. At settlement, our settlement officers will explain all of the documents you are signing. Our thorough approach and experience with over 20,000 settlements has gained us a strong reputation. Very uniquely, we are able to send out some documents for advance review and electronic signature. We will record your settlement documents electronically in every jurisdiction that it is available to do so to assure your deed is on record as quickly as possible. Every client will receive a secure email with a scanned copy of all closing documents keeping you PAPERLESS!
