Our team had a great morning at the 14th Annual NOVA B2G Matchmaking Conference & Small Business Expo on May 28, hosted at Carahsoft's Reston headquarters.

The event brings government agencies together with the contractors who serve them, drawing businesses from across Northern Virginia. We've supported federal contractors for over 20 years, and it was a great chance to connect with the companies driving our region's economy.

On May 4, Evelyn was recognized at a special reception and awards celebration at SECU Arena at Towson University alongside 99 other remarkable Maryland women who are making a difference through leadership, community service, and mentoring.

Evelyn's career spans more than 20 years in financial services—from her two decades at SunTrust Banks to her role as Regional President at Truist Financial—and she continues to inspire through her work both inside and outside the bank. She currently serves on five nonprofit boards, giving back to the communities we all call home.

What a night at the 9th Annual BlueFest! EagleBank was proud to join the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington in celebrating 140 years of impact — and an incredible milestone: over $1.5 million raised in support of their mission!

BGCGW serves more than 7,000 youth across 13 Club locations, providing safe spaces, mentorship, and life-changing programs that help the next generation grow into leaders and changemakers. We're honored to play a small part in that work.
