Incredibly grateful for the opportunity to help these first time home buyers. 3 other lenders said NO to this condo building. After one phone call, we had the Condo approved under Conventional Guidelines before the offer was submitted avoiding a higher rate and portfolio loan!

Incredibly thankful to have been connected with Jacob during our home buying journey. He knows his stuff, and is always willing to help. I especially appreciate his responsiveness. Things move fast in the DC home buying market, but Jacob was always one step ahead. Highly recommend him to anyone.
