From India to China and Vietnam, 60 EB-5 investors, each with their own backgrounds, experiences, and aspirations for their families, have come together to help bring this development to life.

On May 21, 2026, we celebrated the project's groundbreaking in the heart of Texas Hill Country, marking an important milestone for both the development and the investors behind it.

With an estimated 780 jobs expected to be created, JF49 highlights how individual investment journeys can collectively contribute to economic development in U.S. communities.

We're excited to see this project take shape and look forward to sharing its progress!

While on the West Coast, Juline Kaleyias, Vice President of Business Development, and Jason Harris, Investments Associate, stopped by JF27 - SF Gateway Marriott to share the story behind the project and why EB5 Capital chose it.

Funded with $36M of investor capital, the 164-room hotel is located in Millbrae, California, just across from San Francisco International Airport (SFO), with direct transit access to San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and the wider Bay Area.

Behind that investment are 60 investors from countries including Argentina, Russia, and India, with students, doctors, and business owners among them. Seeing the project come to life makes each of their stories part of something tangible.

On October 1, EB5 Capital paid the annual EB-5 Integrity Fund fee for all eight of our Regional Centers on the first day of the payment window.

The $150,000 payment covers our Regional Center footprint across 48 states and supports USCIS efforts to strengthen program integrity through oversight, audits, site visits, and fraud detection.

At EB5 Capital, compliance is a priority in how we operate every day. Completing this requirement on day one reflects our commitment to maintaining the standards our investors, partners, and the broader EB-5 industry rely on.

🎉 JF47 - The Aletto at Boca Raton Receives I-956F Approval!

We're thrilled to share that in just nine months, USCIS has officially approved EB5 Capital's I-956F petition for JF47 - The Aletto at Boca Raton.

The project broke ground in late 2025 and construction is progressing on schedule. This approval is a testament to our team's careful underwriting and dedication to compliance throughout the EB-5 process. We look forward to seeing this trophy office development reach completion in the heart of Boca Raton, Florida.
