I've been so busy I almost forgot to post it, but I wanted to share with others the beauty of buying rentals...this one is cashflowing from day one...collecting over $1,500 in rent and only got it for $100K...I put $9K to get it and when I refi I will get it back plus a little more 🤑🤑🤑
