Before everyone gets panicked, when the wind blows limbs or the whole tree down in your yard, the clean up is covered if it falls on a structure. Example the house, garage, shed, fence… and there is damage to the structure.
Otherwise the clean up is not covered. If it was hit by lightning then it’s covered after the deductible.

You may qualify for a discount depending on what company you are using. All of the companies that we write for give a discount for a newer roof.
