Weโre looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team!
If youโre friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people, weโd love to meet you. Insurance experience is a plus, but weโre willing to train the right person with a great attitude.
What Youโll Do:
โ๏ธ Assist clients in English and Spanish
โ๏ธ Answer phone calls and provide outstanding customer service
โ๏ธ Process policy changes and payments
โ๏ธ Build lasting relationships with our clients
โ๏ธ Support our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
What Weโre Looking For:
โข Fluent in English and Spanish
โข Excellent communication skills
โข Positive, dependable, and detail-oriented
โข Customer service experience preferred
โข Insurance experience is a bonus, but not required
