Went to support tonight to raise awareness about breast cancer and domestic violence. The Bessemer firefighters were there. Took a picture with them as I presented a check to provide free smoke detectors. Fire prevention week is also in October.

Tonight was a fun night at the recreation center in Bessemer passing out calendars and school supply kits and book bags....

Tonight was a fun night at the recreation center in Bessemer passing out calendars and school supply kits and book bags. Combined table efforts with Chamber of Commerce to help school children get a great start. It was hot but great attendance. Only wish all a safe return to school.
