One more big push before Monday. 🤠

The paint is drying, the wood walls are glowing, carpet squares somehow turned an old storage closet into a space we’re actually proud of, and the horse mural is beginning to come to life on our garage doors.

This week has been a blur of paint brushes, flooring, ladders, sawdust, late nights, and more trips back and forth than I can count.

A huge thank you to my husband Dean, my daughter Sabrina, her amazing friends, our team, and everyone who has jumped in to help bring this vision to life.

We’re still a little bit under construction, but we’re excited to officially be open and serving our community beginning Monday at our new Berthoud location.

We even snuck away for a quick meal on the beautiful deck at one of downtown Berthoud’s restaurants just a few blocks away. Something tells me we’ll be spending a lot of lunches there. 😊

There is still plenty left to do, but every day this building feels a little less like a project and a little more like home.

The final ‘FOCO edition’ Fun Fact Friday: As we wrap up our final Fun Fact Fridays in Fort Collins before our move to Berthoud, this one feels especially meaningful.

The Preston Farmhouse has been home to our agency for the last six years, but it’s been so much more than an office. It’s where we’ve built relationships, celebrated wins, weathered challenges, and been surrounded by some truly incredible people.

What started as a Fun Fact Friday about Fort Collins’ agricultural roots became a reminder that the places we remember most aren’t defined by buildings. They’re defined by the people who fill them.

One of those people is Dave Lawser.

Dave and Patty have been part of the heart of this place for years. Through every season, they’ve continued to show up for others with generosity, humility, and a servant’s heart. Whether it was helping move furniture, bringing lunch to the team, encouraging our employees, or simply being there when needed, they’ve left a lasting impact on everyone who has had the privilege of knowing them.

Dave’s resilience, faith, and commitment to serving others through life’s greatest joys and deepest hardships are an example I’ll never forget.

As we close this chapter, I’m grateful not only for the history of this farmhouse, but for people like Dave and Patty who made it feel like home.

Fort Collins will always be part of our story. ❤️

🏗️✨ Building dreams one wall, one paintbrush, one late-night pizza at a time.

The last few weeks have been equal parts chaos, construction dust, laughter, sore muscles, and gratitude. Watching this new Berthoud space slowly come to life has been such a special experience. 🤍

So thankful for my incredible husband who can literally build just about anything, my daughter and her amazing friends who jumped in to help paint and move and assemble furniture, and my team who’s been rolling with every crazy moment of this transition right alongside us.

There’s still SO much to do… but seeing the vision start to take shape is pretty incredible.

New walls. New memories. New chapter. ✨

Sometimes you need a reminder that even in the middle of busy seasons, hard work, dust, chaos, construction, moving boxes, and long days… there’s still beauty in pausing long enough to celebrate someone else’s dream coming true. ❤️🔥

Sunday night, after a full day working on our Berthoud building and packing up both home and business, we snuck away for a few hours to attend Aubrey Dale’s Fireweed album release party at the historic Rialto Theater Center.

Absolutely packed house. Incredible energy. And a powerful reminder of what resilience, passion, and authenticity look like.

Aubrey’s talent is undeniable, but even more impressive is the depth, heart, grit, and character behind the music. Watching someone step fully into their purpose and share their gifts with the world is a pretty inspiring thing to witness.

The message behind Fireweed… growth after the fires… rebuilding… finding beauty in difficult seasons… felt especially meaningful right now.

Congratulations, Aubrey. What an unforgettable night. 🤍🎶
