Meet Cindy Inman, Senior Vice President and CS Home Mortgage Division Manager.
With 28 years in banking, Cindy’s leadership has been shaped by consistency, humility, and a deep commitment to her team. Over the years, she’s learned that true influence isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room — it’s about showing up, earning respect through your actions, and leading with integrity.
For Cindy, the most rewarding part of her role is building a team that works together, supports one another, and takes pride in what they do. She believes strong leadership creates an environment where people feel valued and empowered to do their best work.
She admires women who speak up for others — even when it’s uncomfortable — and carries that same courage into her own leadership. Early in her career, she was given advice to remain steady and composed in any situation — a mindset that has shaped her ability to lead with strength, grace, and resilience.
The legacy she hopes to leave is simple but powerful: that she was kind, fair, and treated everyone with respect.
