If you didn’t get a chance to read Lindsey Hess's GIVE360 story in the Quarterly Update email, here it is:
Volunteer: "I volunteer with several organizations that support youth in our community, including serving as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Berlin Community Daycare, participating in financial literacy programs through the Berlin Public Library and local schools, and helping with Boys & Girls Club initiatives such as Operation Backpack and the Christmas Adopt-a-Family program. As a former elementary teacher and mom to two young boys, I have a passion for helping children succeed. I believe the best investments we can make are in our future generations."
Donate: "I have directed my GIVE360 donation funds to Berlin Community Daycare and area schools. These organizations play an important role in supporting children, families, and educators, and I appreciate the opportunity to help strengthen programs that have a direct impact on our community. Investing in children today helps create a stronger future for all of us."
Change & Repeat: "One of the things I appreciate most about GIVE360 is how it encourages employees to give back and then amplifies that impact through charitable donations. I'm proud to work at Farmers & Merchants Bank, where they not only value volunteerism but also invest additional resources into the causes employees care about. GIVE360 creates a positive cycle where time spent serving the community can lead to even greater support for local organizations, helping them continue their important work and strengthening our community."
