Peter secured financing for a non warrrantable condo and the property closed in 3 weeks. Many units nearby have been on the market for months and many buyers are involved in escrows that are being extended by weeks/months because the loan broker pursues financing that is not viable. Our experience was the antithesis of that, due to Peter's skill, experience and committment.
The buyer has now closed and is thrilled at the results of the process and the care and guidance she received while pursuing her new home.
