Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati and our organization are pleased to announce the launch of the Welcome Home Program, scheduled for Monday, April 6, at 8:00 a.m. ET. This initiative offers grants to low- and moderate-income homebuyers, supporting down payments and closing costs for primary residences. We encourage interested homebuyers to reach out to us in advance to review qualifications and the application process, as funds are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
