On National 529 Day, most posts are about saving for college.

And yes — helping kids graduate with little or no debt matters.

But I think the deeper goal is bigger than college itself.

Real education is lifelong.

Some of the most important lessons come from:
• first jobs
• failures
• mentors
• books
• travel
• entrepreneurship
• parenting
• life experience

A 529 is just one tool that can help create future opportunities. The real investment is in curiosity, growth, and the ability to keep learning long after formal education ends.

That mindset may be the most valuable education of all.
