But with Ben's help we were able to understand completely. He also was very willing to help in any adjustments we needed to make to our loan or make our buying experience much easier, he is definitely one of the men that I would say "he would give the shirt off of his back to help". Very professional and honest. All my questions were answered no matter how silly I thought they were. Ben assured me that I would close on a certain date and it happened a day early.
