ARHOME UPDATE: Arkansas has asked federal officials for a two-year extension after the state's longer renewal request was rejected. The current waiver expires December 31, 2026, and the state says a January 1 transition could collide with the start of new Medicaid work requirements. Current coverage has not ended, and there is no reason to cancel your plan. CMS has not publicly approved the extension yet. Keep your contact information current with DHS and watch for official notices.
