This fall could be the perfect time to make your move.

If you're a qualifying first-time homebuyer, The Bank of Bennington's Fall Into Savings promotion could help make homeownership more affordable.

Eligible borrowers may receive up to a $3,000 closing cost credit on a qualifying mortgage for an owner-occupied, single-family home. The program also features fixed-rate financing, loan amounts up to $350,000, and down payments as low as 3%. Applications are being accepted September 1 through November 30, 2026.

Please join us in welcoming Ryan McKenna to The Bank of Bennington as our new Assistant Vice President Controller!

A Bennington native, Ryan brings more than a decade of accounting and financial reporting experience to his new role. His background includes nearly 10 years in public accounting as an auditor and tax accountant, as well as overseeing much of the financial reporting at Stratton Mountain School.

Ryan's connection to our community extends beyond the workplace. He lives in North Bennington with his wife, Tiffany, and their three children, coaches Bennington Little League, and volunteers as a ski instructor with Bromley Outing Club's Junior Instructional Ski Program.

We're excited to have Ryan's experience, local perspective, and commitment to our community as part of The Bank of Bennington team. Welcome, Ryan!
