You may have seen this ad before...so I thought I would explain what the HARP loan is. HARP stands for Home Affordable Refinance Program. It is for homeowners who may be underwater in their home (value is less than what they owe) or they may owe so much that traditional lending guidelines prevent them from qualifying. It is a great loan and there are still many who can benefit from it. Reach out to me if you have questions on this or if you have any other residential lending needs.

I know there are a number of you still on the fence about buying a home or refinancing your mortgage.....and the "rates are at an all time low" comment can get a little old after a while.
