We’ve been made aware of fraudulent text messages circulating that appear to come from our bank. These texts often claim there was an “out of the ordinary” card charge and ask you to reply YES/NO. If you respond “NO,” the scammer may then attempt to get you to change your online banking username and password over the phone.

Please know: We will NEVER ask you to provide or change your username/password via text or over the phone.
