Olde Towne Community NC Olde Towne is a small established community in Belville, North Carolina

The Olde Towne Community Association (OTCA) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1977. It's purpose is simply to improve Olde Towne as a place to live, develop recreational facilities, provide a congenial atmosphere, maintain and improve the appearance of the community, keep the subdivision from commercial development and undesirable zoning, and promote its betterment as a residential area. It is also a way to provide a forum for all its members to express their views and develop a community stand on any and all questions pertaining to the subdivision and to protects the investment of each homeowner.

As some of you have not noticed, this past Sunday 10/4/26, no parking signs have been placed in our entry " mall" to olde towne community.
Parking has never been allowed on the entry area, we have just been awaiting the signs.
Let's keep our community clean and charming like it's always been. New grass seed will need to be put down because of all the cars/trucks that have been parking there and killing our grass. This will be done when we get a few days of rain because there is no irrigation. Please be patient with us while we try to fix all the damage that has been made.
No parking signs will be added to the entry way of Olde Towne Estates and on the cul de sac island at the end of Olde Towne Estates.
