Olde Towne Community NC Olde Towne is a small established community in Belville, North Carolina

The Olde Towne Community Association (OTCA) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1977. It's purpose is simply to improve Olde Towne as a place to live, develop recreational facilities, provide a congenial atmosphere, maintain and improve the appearance of the community, keep the subdivision from commercial development and undesirable zoning, and promote its betterment as a resident

ial area. It is also a way to provide a forum for all its members to express their views and develop a community stand on any and all questions pertaining to the subdivision and to protects the investment of each homeowner.
