A real leader doesn’t just ask, “How do I get to the next level?” He asks, “WHO CAN I BRING WITH ME?” 🔥💯

That was my biggest takeaway from my conversation with Tariq here in Cancún, Mexico! 🇲🇽🌴

From tasting caviar for the very first time to jumping off a cliff into a cenote, we’ve been experiencing things that some of us never imagined we’d be doing.

Sometimes your current circumstances don’t reflect your future potential.

You don’t have to start at the top. You don’t have to know everybody. But you do have to believe there’s more possible for your life and be willing to put in the work.

One thing this trip has taught me is that the rooms you qualify to enter can change the way you see yourself and your future.

Naeem’s story is a reminder that your starting point doesn’t have to determine your destination.

“Sometimes the goal stays the same, but the plan has to change.” 🎯🔥

That was one of the biggest gems Austin dropped during our conversation last night here in Cancún! 🇲🇽

It was a privilege sitting down with Austin, one of the top producers and top earners in our organization. What I respect most is that he doesn’t just talk about success. He leads from the front and produces results.

Being in rooms with people operating at this level is a blessing. I’m not just here to celebrate. I’m here to listen, learn, and bring those lessons back to my team.

Here’s a question for you: Are you willing to change your approach if it means getting closer to your goals?

Because sometimes the vision isn’t the problem. It’s the strategy that needs adjusting. 💯

Tonight we’re celebrating at our qualifiers dinner here in Cancún!

Moments like this remind me why the journey is worth it.

Real freedom isn’t just about making money. It’s about having the opportunity to create memories, celebrate accomplishments, and enjoy life with people who are growing alongside you.

Grateful for this experience, this team, and the opportunity to keep building something bigger than ourselves.

Sometimes we get so caught up in chasing the next goal that we forget to appreciate the journey and the people who helped pave the way.

One thing I’ve come to realize is that I never fully understood the amount of work, sacrifice, and dedication it took for those who came before me to create opportunities like this.

The late nights, the setbacks, the sacrifices, the belief when there was little to show for it. None of it happened overnight.

And because of their commitment, people like me get to experience moments like this today.

I’m grateful for the mentorship, the leadership, the opportunity, and everyone who has played a part in my journey.

Someone paved the way for me. Now it’s my responsibility to help pave the way for someone else.

Thank you, God, for the journey, the lessons, and the blessings. 🙏🏾

They see Mexico. 🇲🇽🌴

They don’t always see the sacrifices, the late nights, the lessons, and the work it took to get here.

My mentor reminded me that nothing in life is free. And this trip is another reminder that consistency, commitment, and hard work matter.

I’m beyond grateful for this opportunity, the mentorship, and the incredible people I get to build with.

But here’s what excites me even more…

We’re just getting started!

“You can’t lose money in an IUL.”

👉🏾 “Are you talking about the index crediting floor, or are you saying my actual policy value can never decrease?”

Those are two VERY different statements.

A 0% floor on an indexed crediting strategy can help protect against a negative interest credit caused by a market-index decline.

But policy charges can still apply.

Understanding that difference can completely change how you look at an IUL illustration.

Don’t buy the headline. Understand the contract.

Save this. Share it with someone considering an IUL.
