On June 7, 2023, Laura first texted me about what their family was looking for. Today, they officially closed on their home with land! 🎉

This purchase was contingent on the sale of their home, so seeing all the pieces come together makes today even sweeter.

They’re trading subdivision life for wide-open spaces — room for their four kids and horses… plus a flock of chickens they inherited with the property! 🐴🐓🌳

I had a realtor who needed a verified approval over the weekend. My clients hustled and got me paystubs etc and I submitted at 8:45am on Easter morning. We had underwriters working and I received my approval within 30 minutes!!! I love working for a company that is committed to its clients, even over holiday weekends!
