We are excited to announce that Tescott Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for The Bank of Tescott, and First National Bankshares of Beloit, Inc., the holding company for First Bank of Beloit, have entered into a definitive agreement for The Bank of Tescott to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of First Bank of Beloit’s capital stock. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to be finalized by late June 2025.
