The RE market is opening back up a little. Looks to be more inventory as the economy strengthens from COVID. Sellers are more at ease selling and taking on a larger home, knowing that the risk of losing their jobs have stablized. However this doesn't mean that buyers can come in cheap. It's still a very competitive market, and if you're thinking about coming in at asking price, excessive seller concessions, down payment assistance, you're probably not going to get into a home.
